Dr. Dakshinamurthy Anjanappa was deeply honored to receive a beautiful letter of appreciation signed by the global head of Chinmaya Mission, Swami Swaroopananda ji, in recognition of a remarkable artistic offering.

During the Chinmaya Mission’s 75th year – Amrit Mahotsav celebrations on 6th April 2026, he created a divine sand painting in just six minutes, captivating an audience of over 2,000 devotees.

The artwork was later auctioned the same day, raising $5,500 in support of a noble cause. In acknowledgment of his contribution, Murthy was formally felicitated on 9th April 2026 in the esteemed presence of Swami Swaroopananda ji.
