Khushi, Mili and Murthy from ‘Painting for Charity’ team conducted 6 sessions of Clay Ganesha making workshops in Sept 2024 at various locations like Edmondson Park, Dural, Stanhope Gardens, Liverpool and Charlestown. About 156 kids and about 18 adults attended the sessions and they loved the activity.
The sessions at Liverpool and Charlestown were free sessions with all the materials sponsored by Dakshin Art Academy run by Mili & Khushi. The other sessions were conducted to raise funds to help the poor Blind Ashram residents at Mysuru and Kids from low socio economic area in Mysuru. The events fetched $1800 which will help these disadvantaged blind members and poor kids in a great way.
