Both Mili Dakshin and Khushi Dakshin won the ‘Award of Excellence’ at the prestigious Gemco Awards program for their Outstanding artistic talent and for their ‘service to the community’. This was a packed event with various guests.
Both Mili and Khushi also exhibited their talent on the stage. Khushi did a speed painting in about 7 mins and Mili created a unique Sand art of Amitabh Bachan! Mili did the sand art upside down and when it was completed and turned the right way, the audience were amazed!
Along with interviewing and giving their list of achievements and community service, their father Mr Dakshinamurthy Anjanappa was also invited on the stage for a short introduction.
